硅胶手板模型在加工过程中,经常会遇到的问题就是出现气泡和缩水,硅胶模具在成型温度过高时,在合模加压的过程中表面的硅胶原料已经开始成型,此时的空气已经被困在里面很难排出,所以会造成成型气泡。针对此原因,只需将成型温度适当降低即可。

而缩水主要是由于热胀冷缩的影响,硅胶在成型的过程中,由于刚开始注入模具里面的是液体,而且温度很高,然而等到硅胶液体冷却后,就会出现体积缩小的情况。因此硅胶手板模型想要跟图纸上面的大小一致的话,在开模具的时候需要稍微开大一点点。
